3 wks away! we cant wait. we will be bringing a sled, a baby, and some cranberry infused Vodka. Question: can we pay Avery and Stasha for winter chores? like go pull Max and otis around in the snow? Does anyone remember a communal trunk or closet full of ice skates? it will be porter hill all new and different. the questions will be so different. not "where's the blender" but "where's the kindling?" and maybe we will use that sauna? (bathing suits?). truly, the implications of a winter porter hill boggle and tickle the mind!

make sure you come in a car with good tires. Bring your snowpants and hot cocoa. leave your bugspray at home. i think we'll need another bottle of benedictine to add to the mix.

this one is kinds driving me a little nuts. We are at maximum capacity.
Is John coming with Jenny Jenn Jen and Stasha? That might make a difference. Also, I am checking to see if Avery would be cool sharing with Wm, or me and Tawnee or okay on the couch in the upstairs hallway. Will keep all y'all posted.

Probably the best thing is if Mark and Hayley want to declare their preference for what works for them with Otis, the rest of us can duke it out.

Just a logistical note- Jen and Mim sent in their deposits earliest so they should get first dibs on the remaining rooms ie; open entities,
I have 2 pr skates-- one smallish boy size & one heifer size-- my weak ankles won't be on them, but I'll bring them for others to use! also Stasha's new tube sled (& compressor to blow it up) & some shovel sleds. We're bringing our snow shoes as well-- Can't wait!
And YES-- Stasha is saving up for a new game system, so I'm sure he can be coaxed for above & beyond duties, but we can set some up as normal chore assignments as well.(Which he will actually enjoy, I'm sure!)
