I have the 9th through the 14th down. Stash, John & I will be there for the weekend, with John heading back to work as usual on Monday or Tuesday morning.
chris, max and I are planning to arrive sat,leaving wed. first choice, a room that could fix max (room for twin blow up mattress on floor) if there is one avail. i know mim and jo are coming and i believe jaylin alden and zena too (i hope) last year she did the teepee, but with two kids i'd be open to camping/ switching it up if she needs a room to put babe to nap in house, etc. (not sure of her timing of her coming up) i looked back and here's the link to how things went down http://porterhill.blogspot.com/2012/07/rooms-and-couches-and-tents-oh-my.html

We arrive late Friday night and I think we're leaving on Tuesday. For some reason I thought we were abbreviated this year, so didn't clear my calendar any longer than that. Boo.
OK, so think we will be bringing Tia (Stasha's girlfriend), so I'm definitely all over figuring out the tetris-- here's 2 scenarios, let me know what you think:
i will call jay too to figure this out. there's been some talk and mention of us camping, and jay using the queen (those little babies could use a room to nap in, etc) though i do need to find the second BIG ASS TENT (did i give it to anyone to store?) and dont have a queen blow up mattress (only a twin) which wont help us all in a tent. anyone have an extra they can bring?
alas- maybe if we say between anna, chris max, jay and babes and tia, we will all have some version of the downstairs AND camping, it seems that we can work that out as time progresses and i can call jay this weekend . sound ok?
i'd like to camp, and chris is game- but again- if i come in late on friday with max-(as i hope to) I would want to crash in a bed with him somehow. its late.. i ramble. those are my scatterbrained thoughts. xoxo
As long as everyone is ok with Tia taking the study & Stasha the upstairs couch, there's room for everyone who wants to be inside (including jay & babies, as long as they will fit in the downstairs room with 2 single beds). If Jay ends up camping anyway, then Tia can move to that bedroom without displacing anyone else & the study will free up.
We don't have the BAT. We do have a couple of air matresses (double size), but are completely unsure of their integrity. Planning to blow them up & test them out, maybe this weekend

its not really that late, just late in my brain. and numb. :)
If a second tent makes it to PH, my family will take a night in it so that Jay & babes can have a room and bed.
